We are an italian-dutch couple and we have a real estate company in Cannobio.
We work on Lago Maggiore, mainly on Piedmontese region and cover the area between the swiss border and the end of the lake in Arona.
We are a real estate agency which firmly believes that creating a close working relationship with our clients is essential. We establish a thorough understanding of our customers needs, which enables us to find the ideal property.

We are a multi-lingual company providing the opportunity to communicate in your own language, thereby facilitating the process of your transaction. We are experienced in working with Italian clients as well as many other people of different nationalities.
From the initial stages of your transaction through to the notary's act, we will provide professional guidance, combined with both practical and legal advice. Whether buying or selling, our support will make the whole process as trouble free as possible.


We have a wide and varied portfolio of properties, ranging from a building plot to a huge villa with garden. If, however, you are unable to find something to suit your immediate needs, please complete our registration form, detailing your requirements and we will contact you as soon as a relevant property is available.

Our other services include holiday rentals, professional's reports, loans and insurance. Our service charge for buying and/or selling is 3% commission plus tax.
